Position posted is for a June 9th, 2008 start date. 1st shift (7am to 3:30pm) Customer Focused Sales training class. In this INBOUND telephone sales and servicing position, the emphasis is on consultative selling. The sales portfolio contains products and services that are tailored to meet the needs of a diverse and highly profitable customer segment. Candidates MUST have strong customer service and sales skills with a minimum of 5 to 7 years experience. Experience within a call center environment a plus. Ideal candidates must possess strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills. Must also, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient with windows based programs. Demonstrated stable job history with a proven sales emphasis in retail, banking, hospitality or customer focused relationship building is a plus. Must have a High school diploma or equivalent required.
