Tomorrow afternoon, you'll call another customer to ask for and collect a payment that will bring him/her up to date. A week from now, you'll explain charges to one of our customers and arrange for payment. Each day, you'll be able to strike the perfect balance between providing excellent service and recovering invoice balances. Negotiating skills, a positive attitude and the ability to be pleasant but firm are crucial. Our ideal candidate has great keyboarding skills and the ability to use several computer programs at once, while dealing with customers on the phone. You'll need to communicate effectively, multitask, manage your time, and make good decisions quickly. You're dependable, energetic and career oriented.
