Job Description: Do you like helping people find solutions and solving their problems? Wells Fargo Card Services, a division of the Wells Fargo Home & Consumer Finance Group, is seeking candidates who have excellent problem solving and communication skills to work as Inbound Customer Service Representatives. As an Inbound Customer Service Representative you will spend nearly 100% of your time on the phone responding to routine inquiries and questions from customers regarding banking products and financial services. An excellent Customer Service Representative will be able handle 100-120 calls per day while exceeding customer expectations. The working environment is professional, fun, and energized with a casual dress code. Additionally, you will be working in a call center which requires a very structured work day. As part of this role your calls will be monitored for quality and accuracy. Duties include: looking up information and transactions on-line; resolving simple to complex problems and inquires. You will also be involved in cross-selling or sales referrals of products so you will receive a base salary plus a commission for this position.
