About the Opportunity


ResponsibilitiesReceiving, responding to and resolving customer inquiries regarding short-term consumer loans in a high volume call centerMaintaining departmental and Company quality and productivity standardsInforming customers of other First Cash products and servicesConduct outbound calls to gather additional information from customers as neededPerforming other work-related duties as assigned

RequirementsMinimum 6 months experience in a high-volume Customer Service environment (call center preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to flourish in a fast-paced work environmentPC experience with familiarity of several computer applicationsProblem solving abilitiesOutstanding Customer Service skills
