Customer Service Rep - Personal Lines

The CSR will be responsible for: rate and quote new and renewal Personal Lines (PL) risks; screen and process PL applications renewal requests, and endorsements for compliance with underwriting authority and guidelines; process endorsements, binders and certificates; handle telephone and written correspondence in a timely manner. Review company-produced policies and endorsements for accuracy; prepare and process auto ID cards, certificates, binders and schedules of insurance when necessary; prepare premium finance contracts; maintain client files. Submit required reports to PL Supervisor in a timely manner; adhere to and comply with established company procedures; review and explain client's AR balances; actively support Producers in maintaining an ideal production schedule. Demonstrate proficiency in required software (i.e. Sagitta, Rating programs, company Internet Modules). Maintain high level of communication with clients, underwriters and colleagues. Participate in seminars and classes for technical and professional skills and knowledge development.

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years in personal lines customer service
Massachusetts Producer License is required.
