Job responsibilities:Provide customer service to our life insurance applicantsBe the first to learn new processes, then train the rest of the teamMonitor progress on newly established service proceduresMentor new employeesSolicit feedback and offer suggestions for process improvements

 

We Require: Must possess good verbal communication skills and an attention to detail.2 years training/quality monitoring related experience.
