DIALER ADMINISTRATOR

Come join the exciting expansion of our Atlanta operations!!  MAX TOUCH SERVICES is currently seeking a Dialer Analyst for our growing Atlanta, GA Collections Department.

As a Dialer Analyst you will be responsible for the daily creation and real time monitoring call center campaigns which includes; analysis of the system and its data and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the predictive dialer.

MAX TOUCH SERVICES IS SEEKING QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WHO HAVE THE FOLLOWING:Knowledge of the FDCPA, Consumer Collection Act and State and Federal laws applying to collection activities. Solid working knowledge of call center terminology and its technologies

As a Dialer Analyst with Max Touch you will have responsibilities that include:Create and administer daily dailer campaigns based on the strategies provided by the Dialer ManagerMonitor all campaigns, call traffic, assist in determining appropriate staffing availability and/or routing capabilitiesProviding assistance to the Dialer Manager for all call center technologies, including troubleshooting and problem solving.Auditing dialer lists to ensure campaign effectivenessCreating agent productivity reports, analyze trends and report findings to the Dialer ManagerAssisting in the deployment or implementation of call center dialer technology

EDUCATION:  Interested applicants must have the followingHigh school diploma or GEDAssociates degree or equivalent in Business or Finance or equivalent in related work experience

REQUIREMENTS: 2+ Years experience in a call center environment2+ Years experience working with predictive dialing systemUnderstanding of productivity in a call center environmentExperience analyzing trends and the ability to communicate findings both verbally and in report form to managementBasic understanding of statisticsPossess good judgment, to plan, execute and accomplish tasksFlexible hours may be required ; i.e. nights and weekendsPerform a variety of complicated tasks with minimal supervisionGood working knowledge of computers, virtual call systems, Microsoft Excel Programs (a must!)Attention to detail in a fast paced environment
