The Director of  Operations is responsible for all operations within their region(s) including oversight of the hiring process, development of management team members, analysis of financial performance, and budgeting.  This a dynamic role within PLS that will reward those committed to excellence.

Requirements

Candidates for the Director of Operations position need experience supervising multi-unit operations in Retail, Fast Food, Grocery, Check Cashing, Payday/Short-Term Loan or related fields.
