DIRECTOR - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT - Six Sigma Lean Black Belt

 

Location: Novation, Corporate Headquarters - Dallas - Irving - Las Colinas, Texas

 

Description:

 

The Process Improvement Leader will lead, coach and facilitate process improvement teams and also be responsible for 3-4 major projects a year which will result in improved operational efficiency, customer loyalty and employee satisfaction.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Provide direction in the development and implementation of data collection and repeatable process systems.

 

Complete cross functional high impact business transactional projects across the organization.

 

Provide leadership in implementation and improvement of company business process improvement efforts leading to superior business results.

 

Lead, coach, instruct, and develop process owners and improvement teams in the definition, documentation, measurement, analysis, improvement and control of business processes.

 

Gather, analyze, and present company performance data to identify opportunities for improvements related to key company objectives.

 

Guide and direct members of other departments in implementing changes to improve performance.

 

Coach leaders on developing appropriate leadership techniques to achieve goals.

 

 

Requirements

 

 

Requirements:

 

7-10 years business experience with at least 5 years direct responsibility for transactional process improvement and/or quality.

 

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

 

Accredited Lean and Six Sigma practitioner Sensei, MBB or equivalent .

 

Heavy usage of Lean and Six Sigma to improve business processes in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Distribution, IT, Contracting, RFP, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc... and coach others in process improvement methodology.

 

Proven experience in leading process improvement transformations. Involvement in deployment across 2 organizations .

 

Leadership/Management: Proven effectiveness at working directly with senior organizational leadership as well as front-line staff.

 

Communication/Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

 

 

 

Ability to communicate with all levels of management.

 

Experience with Baldrige, Six Sigma, Master Black Belt, Lean Master preferred
