Data Acquisition Assistant

Healthcare Payment Specialists, Inc. ("HPS") is a leading healthcare financial consulting firm working with Government and Private Party Payers.HPS has more than 1,900 hospital clients and is growing rapidly.   HPS has offices in Orange CA, Fort Worth TX, and Orlando, FL., this position is located in the HPS Operational Office located in Fort Worth.

 

HPS is immediately seeking to fill the position of Data Acquisition Assistant.  This position is responsible for preparing data request paperwork, track data requests by calling and/or emailing Medicare and Medicaid offices, and projects as assigned.. 

 

Seeking applicants with the following attributes:

·  Significant experience with Microsoft Excel and MS Word.

·  Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position.

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Experience with Customer Service and excellent customer service skills

·  Detail oriented, highly organized, able to work under deadlines

·  Knowledge of Medical Terminology a plus.

Compensation includes BCBS PPO Health Plan paid 100% by HPS, dental, 13 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation one week sick leave.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  Position is immediately available
