The basic function of this position is to support the successful implementation of a conversion project through the execution of various technical tasks and quality checks. Incumbent will interpret and master the projects? complex components and coordinate some or all phases of operational implementation and delivery of the assigned project deliverables. Occasional travel to client or vendor locations may be required.
QualificationsEDUCATION:
1. Associate's Degree in related field; preferably in Systems or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
2. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
1. Minimum five (5) years of related experience in the debit card industry required with a thorough understanding of payment card products, ATMs, support services, and processes.
2. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the payment industry, a debit processing system and subsystems, and/or related in-house applications, and a primary understanding of ATM parameters. Star/Concord experience preferred.
3. PC MS Windows-based software experience with working knowledge of Word and Excel software required. Knowledge of PowerPoint and project management software preferred.
4. Proven leadership and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work independently or as a group.
6. Ability to work on multiple assignments at the same time.
