The basic function of this position is to establish and direct the efforts of a project work-team and related resources as required to successfully plan, develop, test and implement projects. Incumbent will assume a leadership role for assigned projects and coordinate all phases of operational implementation of project deliverables. This position may require up to 50 percent travel.QualificationsEDUCATION:1. Bachelor's Degree in related field; preferably in Systems or Business Management or equivalent combination of education and experience required.2. Training classes in Project Management.EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:1. Minimum five (5) years of related experience in the debit card industry required.2. Thorough understanding of card products, support services and processes required.3. Thorough knowledge and understanding of the debit card industry, debit processing systems and subsystems, and/or related in-house applications, and a primary understanding of system parameters, regional ATM networks required.4. Strong interpersonal and people management skills required. 5. Strong problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills required.6. Proven facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills required. Ability to track and control activities in a fast paced environment while managing multiple projects and tasks.7. PC MS Windows-based software experience with working knowledge of Word, Project and Excel software required.8. Concord/Star Platform debit conversion experience a plus.9.
