Decision Support SpecialistAssists management staff in developing reports and analyses combining clinical and financial data for decision making. Updates and audits the Horizon Performance Manager (HPM) and Horizon Business Insight (HBI) Develops new and and maintains existing HBI subsets and highlights. Able to demonstrate how to use the application to small groups of users. Develops profit and loss statements for product line and clinical areas. Consults with and supports non-finance areas to provide financial measurement. Develops skill with Patient Contract Monitoring, HPM Modeling and additional McKesson products.

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Healthcare and 2 to 3 years experience required.

Experience with McKesson Horizon Performance Manager or TRENDSTAR preferred

Hospital financial, clinical or information technology background preferred.
