Defined Contribution Analyst 1

Job Description: Supports the DC department by developing and maintaining databases and similar data analysis tools. Identifies the best tools and processes to accomplish tasks. Documents work processes. Partners with clients, team leaders, and consultants to solve problems and improve processes. Inspects results and compares them with client (internal or external) expectations. Performs work efficiently within prescribed budgets and timelines. Completes complex data manipulation and analysis, allocations, nondiscrimination testing, government filings, and report generation. Works independently and as part of a team. May provide training and guidance to team members. No relocation assistance provided. Minimum Qualifications: College degree with a 3.5 gpa or better. An undergraduate degree in math, computer science, business or related program is required. Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. An advanced knowledge of Access and VBA, with two years work experience using these and similar data analysis tools is necessary. Must be willing to learn and specialize in retirement plan benefits.
