The role holder will work within a team that creates and maintains all types of marketing collateral (including presentations, fact sheets, brochures, advertisements, etc.)  for current client relationships and new business opportunities within both Institutional, Intermediary and Offshore channels.  In addition to external facing marketing collateral, the individual will also work with various internal teams to produce any firm materials. 

Responsibilities

·  Execute design of new marketing collateral within brand guidelines.

·  Initiate innovative ideas and creative approaches to help increase the efficiency and further the goals of the firm.

·  Update, review and ensure accuracy of presentations; standard, client and consultant-specific on a monthly, quarterly and as-needed basis for both print and electronic media.

·  Update, review and ensure accuracy of quarterly mutual fund fact sheets.

·  Update, review and ensure accuracy of quarterly product profiles.

·  Prepare and bind print requests.

·  Assist RFP team with complicated RFP submissions.

·  Maintain all Firm organizational charts.

·  Respond to ad-hoc requests.

·  Place supply orders with vendors.  Research new vendors in an effort to minimize costs.

·  Keeping abreast of firm's vision and product direction to ensure message and branding is conveyed in all marketing material.

 

Position Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in graphic design

·3-7 years of experience in financial services arena

·  A high level of proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Quark and Photoshop. Familiarity with web-based design programs such as Macromedia Dreamweaver and Fireworks.

·  Ability to interface with employees at many levels and across many departments and external vendors.
