DIRECT/ONLINE MARKETING MANAGER 

The Direct/Online Marketing Manager is responsible for online and direct channel lead generation to achieve On Deck’s growth plans.  In this role, you will develop, test and adapt innovative marketing campaigns to meet customer acquisition goals.  The ideal candidate is a master lead generator and will use expertise in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, direct mail, and other direct marketing techniques to achieve objectives.  

 

The focus of this role is to:Utilize online and direct marketing techniques to significantly grow On Deck’s lead generation activity.Provide strategic recommendations to achieve direct marketing goals using keen analytical skills.Develop On Deck’s online marketing channel by managing On Deck’s search engine marketing vendor(s) and helping maintain and optimize the company’s website for lead conversion.

 

QUALIFICATIONSTen years of experience creating and growing a significant small business or consumer lead generation effort using a variety of marketing channels.Exceptional external vendor management and project management skills.Experience creating reporting infrastructure to track and optimize marketing activities.Ability to thrive in an environment of rapid change and handle shifting priorities.Superior self-motivation, leadership, integrity and interpersonal skills required.Strong command of Excel, Google web tools and analyticsBachelor’s degree.
