Overview
This individual is the senior manager leading integrated sales and marketing enablement systems for the iShares business. Working with both US and global business partners, the Director of CRM ennoblement plays a leadership role in linking marketing, sales, IT and third-party providers to drive effective CRM capabilities within a fast-paced, high growth business.
Responsibilities
Play a leading role in building a strategic roadmap for CRM systems and processes that align to business objectives Lead all efforts around the Sales CRM system, facilitating development, training and operational efficiency for the Sales force. Lead all efforts to maintain and evolve the Database Marketing systems, facilitating the delivery of an aggressive marketing campaign plan. Maintain regular communications with sales and marketing managers to ensure the needs of each group are met and are integrated Provide guidance to Database Marketing team in campaign targeting, reporting and analysis Help build and evolve systems that facilitate customer feedback and aggregate that data for optimal use throughout the business Act as the key liaison with internal stakeholders to align the business, IT and third-party providers in the management of existing systems and setting priorities for significant systems change Work aggressively to maintain all legal and compliance regimes Ensure integrity of data across all systems, both internal and external Drive global consistency of CRM systems and recognize opportunities to create efficiencies across regions, which includes active participation on global CRM steering committees Play a key role in the global governance processes related to CRM systems and data management Oversee and evolve reporting systems to meet the demand for high volume, high quality reporting to the business Foster the development of a collaborative work style across the 10 person CRM team, with business stakeholders, IT and third party providers
Requirements
10-15 years experience in increasingly senior roles in CRM organizations Extensive experience working with global sales organizations and executives in a CRM capacity, with a solid understanding of sales processes and sales force optimization strategies Solid understanding of direct marketing campaign development, testing and measurement approaches, including experience partnering with senior direct marketing strategists Experience in supporting customer satsifaction and customer feedback mechanisms and data tracking as a key component of CRM systems and business process Very strong track record in linking technology systems to business processes (e.g. lead management, sale activity reporting, self-reporting of customer attributes and tracking behavioral indicators by the customers) Track record of success in solving significant technology and user-related issues with CRM systems Demonstrated success establishing clear priorities to achieve strategic objectives Oversight and practical experience managing business requirement and functional specification development Experience developing and presenting proposals to executive management connecting technology to business process transformation Extensive experience in business and systems analysis Significant experience in project management Experience Managing Third Party providers/consultants BR>To apply, please click here.
