Job Summary:

Manage recruiting activity for the world's largest merchant acquirer with approximately 2700 employees in the United States, Canada, Dublin, & UK.


 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with business partners and leaders to ensure hiring needs for the organization are being proactively anticipated and achieved
• Manage the workload of all fulltime and contract recruiters in offices nationwide
• Coordinate recruitment vendor selection and manage all vendor relationships
• Manage the implementation & ongoing maintenance of applicant tracking system utilized by all recruiters and hiring managers across the organization. Ensure data integrity within the ATS system
• Provide recruitment-related metrics to HR leaders & business partners
• Development and facilitation of recruitment-related training programs for employees/managers with hiring responsibilities
• Consult with business partners to optimize current processes while planning for future hiring needs
• Manage recruiting operations through the use of data/metrics such as cost per hire, interview to hire ratios, and cycle time
• Monitor and evaluate sourcing channels to optimize pipelines while managing costs
• Lead and champion change management efforts with our business partners to support changing recruiting processes


Job Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related field
• 3-5 years experience managing the recruitment activities of a firm
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
