The Society of FSP has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Marketing & Corporate Development unit as Director Sales & Corporate Development responsible for building, implementing, and attaining the Society's sales and business development goals.  Goal attainment is achieved through establishing and maintaining relationships with industry/company/association/ influencers and key strategic partners, representing the Society at trade association shows/meetings, identifying prospects and leads and developing and implementing sales strategies to secure new business.  This position will develop and prepare sales reports and proposals and develop and maintain the Society of FSP client database.

To be successful in this role you will possess excellent communication and presentation skills.  You will have 5-7 years of business development or sales experience . . . preferably in the financial services industry.  A bachelor's degree and/or professional certification is preferred.  You must also be willing to travel approximately 20-25%.
