Director Strategic Initiative Management, GCSS Controllership

As member of the Controller's group this position will serve as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt assisting in implementing strategies and actions to drive Six Sigma deployment and use throughout Controllership. Primary responsibilities include execution strategic projects, implementation of process management systems and training/coaching other Master Black Belts, Black Belts and Green Belts. This position will also partner with business units to identify and act on opportunities to effectively implement Six Sigma approach to problem solving and work with process owners and senior leaders to develop scorecards; identify improvement opportunities; establish project pipelines; and convert project ideas into scoped projects that are subsequently prioritized, resourced and executed. Act as a liaison between business units, vendors, outside customers and other organizations and/or locations on operational excellence best practices. This position will report to the VP, Controllership Productivity & Quality and will have matrixed support to the Global Consumer and Small Business Services (GCSS) Controller.
