Position Description:

Focuses on the flow of work through the Team from point of receipt to the delivery of the corresponding work product(s). Responsible for overall management of a development team including all aspects of technical and process management involved in the software implementation lifecycle (SDLC), including budgets, metrics, personnel and team morale. Requires experience in managing all phases of SDLC, a good understanding of the business that the team supports, and an ability to provide innovative and forward thinking solutions for business needs.

Qualifications:
