The DOM acts as the district management representative for compliance to ISO requirements. The DOM manages the customer service support and within the district.QualificationsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Support EBITDA goals throughout the District by providing ISO compliance, safety and asset management solutions that deliver resultsAnalyzes and reports daily, monthly and annual business performance trends (revenue, cost management, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.) and develops and/or recommends strategic solutions to improve business performance and meet EBITDA goalsProvides financial analytical support to the DSGM and works closely with the Region Finance Manager on financial impact analysisActs as the District SPOC for all home office programmatic activity (e.g. Sears sigma project roll-out, data requests)Manages company assets (facilities, trucks, parts inventory, SSTs, tools, equipment, etc.), district level vendor contracts, and annual inventory processResponsible for appropriate staffing levels for support associates Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in all branches by adhering to merchandising plans, gross margin management disciplines, and ensuring staffing levels support customer traffic patternsSet and demonstrate a strong business ethic for dealing with customers, venders, and associatesActs as District Management Representative for compliance to ISO, federal, state and other regulatory requirements and company policiesDemonstrates and foster teamwork within the district and other SHC businessesResponsible for recruitment, hiring and performance management and career pathing of direct reportsMaintain a diverse workforce and ensure fair and equitable treatment of all associatesAdhere to the Sears Code of Conduct and company policiesProvide information technology support to the district through the role of Resource Access Control Facility Coordinator (RACF)ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Communicates with district and region management staff on an on-going basis regarding ISO, safety and regulatory issues as well as asset managementAbility to drive performance and provide feedback to direct reports and influence managers in a non-reporting relationship Follows and ensure compliance with the Code of ConductAbility to multitask and effectively manage timeEnsures district compliance to all safety and environmental programsEnsures that the district continually improves the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review to maintain ISO registration requirementsAct as a role model to all associates in putting the customer firstMaintain a positive orientation and a high level of professionalism Ability to drive solutions that enables the district to deliver EBITDA goals Demonstrate a collaborative approach to team relationships with all district staff and other SHC businesses Ability to travel frequently, including overnight, within the district and other locationsIs open to change; is flexible; can be counted on to lead change; respected as a change leader beyond his/her own businessDevelop monthly payroll planners and ensure that managers are well-versed in the development and execution of the requirementsEXPERIENCE / EDUCATION:Bachelor s degree required Master s degree preferred (business/finance or related field)2-3 years experience as a manager of processes and/or people; ISO, safety and/or regulatory knowledge strongly preferredMulti-unit management background preferred Demonstrated analytical skillsIn-depth knowledge of Excel Clear background check and drug testExperience in the service industry preferredPreference given to local candidatesBenefitsYour career path options will be determined by your performance and your desire to advance further within the organization.
