Eze Castle Software is currently seeking a TECHNICAL WRITER to join our core TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION team. We are looking for a Technical Writer to assist in producing the documentation of a robust suite of financial software applications for trade order management. The successful candidate will work in an energized environment with a team of dynamic individuals who are responsible for releasing and distributing top-quality products. In this role, you will be a member of a small team in our Boston office, tasked with creating and maintaining both internal and client documentation for the complete line of Eze products.

Job Functions Work with team of technical writers and marketing personnel to deliver technical communications regarding our suite of products, including Release Notes, Help files, and Installation Guides. Use Mad Cap Flare to create robust and dynamic Help files Coordinate documentation efforts across several teams including Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, Client Service, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of technical writing experience Excellent writing skills and knowledge of technical communications and industry standards Experience using MadCap Flare Experience using Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Frame Maker or other graphics and desktop publishing applications Basic understanding of HTML, XML, Javascript, and CSS Ability to learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to deliver quality documentation on schedule Knowledge of financial industry or order management systems
