Domestic Stock Loan Operations- Supervisor of US Domestic Stock Loans

Job Description:Control daily operations for Stock loan activity in three different DTC numbers.Daily collateral management and exposure controlExperience with non-cash collateral.Contract comparison, review and resolution of open breaksDaily balancing of Loanet files to ADP and DTCCMark to the market maintenanceDaily rate changesCallbacks- Stock loan returnsNegative market exposure and controlDTCC Settlement, navigation of the prominent PTS functions utilized for settlement such as ART, POS, SETP, MSEG, DOAP, DOAD.Processing bookkeeping entries in ADP, must be able to modify and review batches.Knowledge of OCC Stock Lan Hedge operationsResolution of trade discrepancies and allocation differences with the front office. Control and review of DBOI operations India.

 

Skills Required:Thorough knowledge of the Loanet Stock loan system.Knowledge of the DTC settlement screens and the SPO process The ability to work under pressure dealing with large sums of money and restrictive time restraints.Interaction with the Stock Loan sales team and other broker dealers..Knowledge of ADP and the major research functions such as SINR and MRGI.Full knowledge of the settlement process for Stock  loan, including SPO’s and collateral management.Good IT skills, such as Windows XP and Microsoft Word and ExcelMotivated and PositiveExcellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to work in a team environment in order to achieve potential targets.Knowledge of the DTCC balancing screens and collateral monitor.Accountability, responsibility, solution based and delivery focused.Business flow knowledge and the ability to work with IT in order to analyze systems and suggest upgrades is a prerequisite for this position.Candidate must possess positive people/ Client relationship skills.7 to 10 years experience in the Stock Loan industry, directly relating to International Stock Loan.
