Job Description: The One-to-One Marketing team in the Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group is seeking an experienced online marketer who will be responsible for managing and coordinating enhancements to website content, tools and offers on wellsfargo.com. The goal of this position is to drive greater online engagement in the Wealth Management Group product offerings resulting in lead generation and sales. Detailed Responsibilities:1. Execute online strategies and tactics to enhance the overall wellsfargo.com public site experience from a Wealth Management Group perspective. Partner across the Wealth Management Group organization and with ISG to implement initiatives.2. Manage the day-to-day activities including enhancing the following: content, tools, lead generation opportunities, online marketing assets and navigation. 3. Partner with ISG is assessing competitive landscape related to competitors’ websites4. Partner with ISG in developing and enhancing online reporting from a WMG perspective. Measure and analyze results to determine if desired objectives are being achieved and identify key business insights. 5. Utilize exceptional presentation, communication, business case development, and influencing skills to gain commitment and support for online initiatives.6. Partner across the Wealth Management Group (Marketing, Product, Internet Strategy, Legal/Compliance) and the Internet Services Group to deliver online initiatives. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor or Arts or Bachelor of Science degree. - 4-6 years experience in the field of online marketing - Strong analytical, presentation, project management, organization, and partnering/collaboration skills. - Proficiency with MS Office software applications. - Self starter with ability to work independently or as an integral part of a multi-disciplined team.
