ERISA Attorney

Description:Job Summary & Mission: As an ERISA attorney in the Legal Advisory Services Division you will play a leading role in providing legal advice to the group pertaining to ERISA products.Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice pertaining to the development and review of product offerings to ERISA plans and IRAs including proprietary products, mutual funds and group annuity products.- Also advise on wrap fee programs, prototype programs and collective investment trust programs.Qualifications:- Must have a JD degree and knowledge of defined contribution plans ands the delivery of bundled services, group annuity programs and Title 1 of ERISA.- An attorney with 6+ years ERISA experience- Prior experience in a large financial institutions is a plus- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of effectively utilizing strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Weehawken, NJJob Number: RUSAUBS128-594543Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
