Allstate was founded in 1931 and became a publicly traded company in 1993.Education Consultant This is a Sales Management position - 100% travel.  Employee will manage a multi-state territory for our Independent Agency division of Allstate/Encompass.  Candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices and sales technology for small through large independent agencies appointed to Encompass throughout Alabama and Georgia.  Candidate will also provide continuous product and technology education for all existing contracted independent agencies.  Education Consultant works closely with Territorial Sales Consultant to assure agency growth and financial goals are met.  Position reports to the SE/FL Region Education Manager. Bachelors degree is preferred, Masters in Business is helpful. Strong financial knowledge of small business practices is also preferred. Candidate must be able to travel 100% of the time. Must be well versed in Property and Casualty marketplace, product knowledge, and technology knowledge for independent agencies.
