Job Description / Requirements :

 The Enterprise Architect is responsible for creating a future vision architecture which supports objectives of cost and risk reduction along with positioning the bank to deliver new products and services to the market faster. This position takes a disciplined and comprehensive approach to describing the current state and future vision enterprise architecture for a multi-billion dollar diversified financial services company. The resulting enterprise architecture includes traceability from the business strategy to the IT strategy to the recommended technology choices. This position requires experience mapping business strategies to technology roadmaps. The candidate will work with architects and business experts across IS to translate key strategic objectives into roadmaps and designs that are actionable and governable. The candidate will also be required to analyze potential technical solutions to a business or technology problem, assess the potential costs of the solution, organizational change/readiness to implement and support the solution and to lay out an investment approach to implementing (if that is the recommendation) the solution. The candidate will be expected to design and execute proofs-of-concept for critical enterprise capabilities. The candidate must be able to build a business case for the capabilities, including costs, benefit and efficiency measures. This position requires strong leadership abilities including leading across divisions and through virtual teams.The candidate must establish strong connections with other architects in order to be effective. The candidate should have a proven background in defining a vision and executing effectively.

 

Candidate Must Have :

 5–10 years experience of Enterprise Architect experience within a Banking environment.
