Enterprise Architect with imaging/BPM experience needed ASAP!

This is a contract to hire opportunity!  This is a technical position with managerial skills. The Candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery(design and development) of multiple Imaging and BPM Projects efforts for several departments with a strong background in technology and software development. Should be an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong technical background in Web Based applications, multi-tier applications using Documentum, J2EE, .NET etc with focus on Business Process Management and Workflow .   Will lead a team of analysts and technical developers, architects both onshore and offshore. Will be responsible for delivery of the solutions including analysis, design, development and implementation. Knowledge and Experience: Experience in the design and development of Documentum projects with focus in areas of BPM/Workflow applications – Technical experience required – Design and Architecture Project management/Delivery of large and complex and multiple projects w.r.t imaging/workflows/business processes, with a strong background in technology – extensive knowledge of Documentum architecture will be a big plus Mortgage/Finance Industry experience will be a huge bonus. Strong Technical background will be preferred in areas of web- based, multi-tier application development using J2EE, .NET Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science is preferred Must be a team leader and should independently manage tasks and coordination. PMP Certification desired Overall experience : 15 yrs, As a Developert/Tech Lead/Architect: 7-10 years, Project Management: 3-5 years. Major Challenges of the Position: Complexity: The Manager should balance the “as is” to “to-be” processes w.r.t technology. Should be able to quickly conceptualize the business processes and come up with innovative solutions. The Manager should be able to handle multiple projects and deliver them in time. Should have a strong background in Technology –to make design and architecture decisions, provide estimates etc. Should be able to adapt to the new project management methodologies.
