The individual will participate in a 3 year advisor training program. During this time, the primary responsibility will be to market our services to business owners through a targeted cold calling system. In this proven program, you will learn the skills needed to successfully market to affluent and ultra-affluent clientele. The qualified candidate must be comfortable making cold calls as 90% of activity is placing cold calls to business owners. At the end of the 3 years, you will have the option to continue in the current role or to build your own practice. No previous experience in financial services is necessary.
