Entry to Junior Level .NET Developer Openings!!

Hedge fund in the Stamford, CT area is looking for smart and talented candidates to fill some .NET development openings. Willing to accept recent grads with Computer Science or related degree or candidates with several years work experience. No financial services knowledge or experience required. This is a full time permanent position. Salary up to 100K for the right candidate.

 

We have a suite of applications to support operations around the Advent Geneva portfolio accounting system.

1.  Junior .Net/SQL Programmer Comp: base up to 100 depending on experience

We are looking for a junior programmer with solid academic background (computer science engineering from a good school) and 1-2 years of programming experience.  Should have understanding in and basic knowledge with:

Ø  Programming with .NET or Java in windows environment.  Application building, working with users on design and support of applications.  OO programming is nice to have

Ø  Database development with SQL.  As part of the application development: designing tables/views/procedures, creating SQL statements and optimizing performance
