Equity Compensation Specialist

• Conduct paid financial reporting and product and industry content webinars as needed

• Provide resolution to escalated issues either through research or execution of reports.

• Provide consultative “for-fee” assistance with the reconciliation of reports and validation of data.

• Provide “best practice” information to client base

• Attend pertinent meetings and internal trainings as required to keep knowledge current

• Enter defect and enhancement requests as required

• Provide content and literary review for items posted to Solutions Central

• Review of functional specifications for upcoming product releases of EO

• Participate in product documentation review cycles

• Engage in consulting services as a resource as needed

Individual must be willing to travel 20% of the work week, depending on need.

Individual must possess a high level of product and very specifically, financial reporting, knowledge sufficient to provide paid for consulting services to our clients and sales support to our sales team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CEP certification a strong plus.
