Prestigious and pioneering Private Equity firm in the Westchester/Greenwich area is seeking the area's best talent to support an extremely busy Director . An entrepreneur type spirit, outgoing personality and roll-up your sleeves attitude will create success in this small office environment where office politics do NOT come into play and everyone pitches in to create a successful team. Interface with clients, manage calendars, answer phones, and book domestic and international travel all with a “no job too big or too small attitude.”  The Director needs an individual to keep him organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. So, attention to detail, stellar grammar/proofreading skills, and a solid work history is an absolute. Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook are required and experience in financial services is a plus. Please have a  proven history supporting top level Executives.
