Executive Accounting & Finance Recruiter

We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Seattle, WA office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the areas of development and execution of research and sourcing strategies; position specification; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation; referencing credentials; offer negotiation and closing; client relationship management; and business development related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment of accounting/financial professionals (CFO, Controller and Staff Accountant) and making sure Seattle’s headcount objectives are metSupport other vcfo geographic locations as needed Identify and regularly attend networking events to build and foster strong relationships with accounting/finance professionals Establish and improve recruiting strategy, processes and programs to support the recruiting needs within defined markets Utilize modern sourcing techniques and resources to identify new candidates Thoroughly notate and track candidate information in the vcfo database (iCIMS) Generate, maintain and present weekly progress, status, market feedback and staffing reports.

Qualifications:

 Extensive contacts with accounting/finance professionals in the Seattle market Experience working within an Executive Search Firm, Professional Services Firm or Agency environment Background working with early-stage, start-up or small companies8+ years of full-lifecycle recruitment experience Bachelors Degree required Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade candidate hiring decisions. Experience using an applicant tracking system - iCIMS strongly preferred
