Executive Assistant

A comprehensive financial planning and investment firm in Addison, TX is looking for a dedicated, self-directed individual to provide administrative and client support to a high level, experienced financial planner.  This Executive Assistant position is an important member of a professional team that provides financial planning and investment advice to executive and business owner clients.

 

Responsibilities include:

·  Branch Software Programs

·  Client New Business Processing

·  Client Account Management

·  Client Financial Planning

·  Client Investment Review

·  Client Support and Compliance Record Keeping

·  Branch Accounting and Financial Reporting

This position requires intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) and database/contact management software (i.e. ACT!)


Some college coursework is required.  A Bachelor’s Degree with Finance and Business coursework is a definite advantage.
