Executive Loan Officer

Expanding Financial Services Company is looking for an aggressive, energetic, motivated representative, to help us on a National Campaign.  Searching for Executive Loan Officers, as well as Investment & Insurance Professionals

Working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing top producing sales candidates, building a team of agents to override their production as well as maintaining personal production quotas & goals!Achieve Profitability based on Personal Sales, Team Sales, day to day Team Management Goals for the newly Developed Team Serve as a resource for new assigned loan officers regarding loan placement Provide Support to New Team Loan Officers during peak branch performance periods Develop & Maintain Personal Production base, as well as teaching other team members how to manage ongoing relationships with realtors, builders, and other referral members. Monitor current pipeline reports daily & weekly with new team members/ loan officers Handle first or second round of hiring, suggestions & constructive documentation regarding the need to add additional loan team members, Take personal mortgage applications; gather documents, complete financial profiles with clients & possible cross sell Investment services & insurance products if properly licensed. Assist team members & train on running DU & LP, completing processing request forms & if applicable packaging loan files for processing This position would involve in house selling as well as calling on Companies to offer additional HR benefits.  (Prior business to business selling preferred)

We require a minimum of 1-2 years mortgage & financial Services experience & a minimum of 2 years of sales recruiting experience and a proven track record in Sourcing and recruiting candidates in a high-volume environment utilizing multiple sourcing channels/. Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills are essential.  Must be self motivated and have the ability to work independently and well as being a part of a team working towards a common goal.
