Experienced Associate - Middle Market Investment Banking

The Chicago office of a leading Middle Market Investment Bank – recognized for the 5th year in a row as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” – has an immediate opening for an experienced 2nd or 3rd year Generalist or Healthcare Investment Banking Associate.  In this role, the Associate will:Lead Analyst teams in transaction completion activities and pitch book preparation. Work alongside senior bankers to support business development activities. Work with clients in support of Sell Side or Buy Side Mandates.

 We are particularly looking for candidates who:Offer at least three years of Investment Banking experience – with Middle Market experience a plus. Have demonstrated transaction experience in General Industrials, Healthcare or Business Services (preferred).Thrive in a fast paced environment, working independently or in a team setting. Possess a strong work ethic, along with demonstrated leadership and communications skills. Have consistently demonstrated the ability to achieve both professionally and in academic settings. Focus on doing things right the first time. Possess an MBA (preferred).
