This requires heavy client, legal and trading desk interaction. Review trade tickets and draft appropriate documentation for trades. Interact with various departments throughout the Firm: Trading, Controllers, Transaction Management and Legal. Prepare, review and deliver confirms to counterparties Prepare and review global documentation reports to senior management in Ops and Business Unit Assist in the testing and implementation of system and process improvements Special projects - ad hoc requests for information Skills Required: Potential to manage two analysts Related 2-4 years experience in Fixed Income Documentation Solid knowledge of of derivative products, ISDA templates and terminology Must have strong analytical and verbal skills and attention to detail as well as strong customer service skills. Must have ability to multi task and prioritize work Proficiency in Excel & Word required, Access preferred. BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred..
