FINRA Registered Assistant

We are a large Regional OSJ located in the beautiful West San Fernando Valley.  Our clients are independent financial advisors.  We are seeking a Securities Licensed individual who is intelligent and a fast learner to fill this securities-related support position.  The ideal candidate should be willing to learn and expand duties as the job requires with an eagerness to develop their responsibilities. 

The person hired for this open position will process and review new accounts for completeness, respond to Financial Advisor questions and resolve problems and perform scheduled follow-up procedures.  This position requires an associate's degree or its equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in the investment field.  The qualified candidate must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail investment field.  The person hired for this position will rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job and will work under the immediate supervision of their Supervisor.  Must be a self-starter and a team player.
