The desired candidate will have real-life experience with the identification, allocation, tracking, review and reporting of expenses throughout the revenue life cycle. In addition, the candidate should posses a working understanding of activity based costing. This position requires solid analytical skills and the innate ability to figure out what we get as an organization when we spend our money. The interaction inherent within this role requires solid written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on relationship management.Responsibilities include the following: Drive the end-to-end coordination of the annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting processesProduce periodic reports for key business drivers and expense summariesObtain, update and characterize detailed cost driver assumption related to Marketing programsSupport members of the line businesses with overall budgeting support including cost center management, system access and trainingPlan, track and monitor overall headcount planning in MarketingManage the Marketing Planning & Strategic Initiatives overall budgetMaintain existing Expense PMO business efficiencies, serving as a central point of contact*HJSKILLSRequired: Skills Required: Three (3) years of expense, budget or revenue management experienceTwo (2) years of financial services experience (preferably in a credit card issuing business)Two (2) years of data management and modeling experience (in a Microsoft Excel environment)Solid relationship management skills that are effective at all levels within an organizationStrong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated ability to balance attention to detail with task prioritizationProven track record of leading teamsComfortable working under tight deadlines and with fast turnaround of deliverablesSelf-guided, results-oriented problem solver that adapts quickly to change and ambiguity Desired: Additional skills desired include the following: Two (2) years of activity based costing experience on both the development and analysis sidesOne (1) year of process improvement experience (ideally in a statistics-based discipline)Good presentation skills Click here to apply:
