As our firm continues to grow, we are currently seeking individuals for several additional Field Supervision Director positions in our Compliance department in our Tempe, AZ location. This challenging position includes overseeing branch offices across the country. Candidates must have held a Series 7 license for a minimum of 2.5 years, and acquire Series 63, 9, 10, and 24 licenses within three months of hire. Series 7 license held for at least 2.5 years. Series 63, 9, 10, and 24 licenses must be obtained within three months of hire. Willingness to travel three to five times per year to conduct supervisory visits, make presentations, or attend meetings/conferences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong conflict-management and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be flexible and a strong team player.
