Position reports to San Antonio Finance Manager and Sales CFO in Charlotte. Supports the Portfolio Retention Group and Direct Lending teams in San Antonio. Responsibilities will include analysis of monthly results and review with finance manager and business leaders, monthly projection updates, annual budget preparation and review, and development of productivity measurements. Identify opportunities to improve business results and ability to clearly present ideas to finance manager and business leaders. Will also support finance manager and business leaders with ad hoc reporting and analysis related to business issues and investment decisions. Support business leaders with analysis on efficiency and other initiatives. Requirements: Experience supporting business unit with reporting, analysis and budget is required. Ability to understand business and its drivers. Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently. Can build and foster a successful business relationship between business leaders and the finance support team. Knowledge of financial reporting, analytical models, and related tools is also required. MBA, advanced degree, certification, or equivalent experience is preferred.
