Finance Director

The ideal candidate will have a solid Finance background with strong financial and data modeling experience.

Main responsibilities:

- Prepare and present monthly expense results and analysis to Senior Management.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and operational plan.
- Work closely with all levels of management to ensure the financial success of their department. This will include being an active member in various project teams.
- Prepare detailed reports for tracking of project expenses and forecasting future results.
- Critically analyze cost-benefit tradeoffs and make recommendations on proposals.
- Perform required GAAP accounting duties, including software capitalization, fixed asset accounting and accruals.
- Complete special projects and perform other financial analyses at the direction of department head.
- Provide guidance to other member of the department when needed.


Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics. Masters in Business a plus
- 9+ years of financial reporting, financial analysis, cost management, and general business management experience
- Strong experience in financial modeling and data modeling procedures.
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate data modeling and analysis procedures to all levels within the company.
