Finance Leader, Financial Systems

MasterCard Worldwide Major Accountabilities:Primarily responsible for managing Oracle Financial Analyzer in order to ensure data integrity in support of internal and external reporting. Finance Leader - Financial Systems are required to assist MasterCard business users in planning, analysis, and decision making in order to meet various objectives. Incumbent will play a leadership role in the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Oracle systems. While maintaining a focus on quality deliverables, Finance Leader - Financial Systems must be able to effectively manage project tasks, participate in project analysis, prepare/deliver presentations and training, and provide guidance and direction to business users. Finance Leader - Financial Systems are expected to build and maintain positive relationships with key business users and exhibit a solid understanding of basic business concepts and practices. Finance Leader - Financial Systems are required to play a key role in designing and testing assigned applications both as a stand-alone and as integrated modules and obtains responsibility for the applications as a central point-of-contact. Experience Required:Business knowledge of finance and/ or accounting functions is required. Thorough understanding of OFA (Oracle Financial Analyzer) including development and maintenance of complex allocation models and database management is required. Presentation and training skills required. May require some domestic and international travel. 24 hour (on-call) availability will be required during critical periods.Additional Skill that would be a plus:Exposure to reporting tools such as Oracle Discoverer, Oracle BI, Cognos BI or Business ObjectsExposure to budgeting and forecasting tools such as Oracle Hyperion, Cognos Planning or Clarity RESPOND HERE!
