We seek a highly motivated, experienced individual to develop new investment management business in the Quincy - Duxbury Market Place. The ideal candidate will be intimately familiar with this market, its high net worth individuals, organizations and businesses. The candidate will have experience in developing relationships with internal and external referral sources, selling to the institutional marketplace, and representing a professional money manager. We require a solid understanding of investments as they relate to individual portfolio management, retirement plans, not-for-profit institutions and estate planning. The jobholder will develop internal leads from the Raynham, Fall River and New Bedford Commercial Lending Centers as well as cultivating relationships with accountants and attorneys We expect the jobholder to produce a minimum of 250 k of fee income per year.At least five years of financial sales experience, CFP a plus, along with strong interpersonal and consultative skills.We provide a base salary along with incentive compensation, as well as excellent benefits.We offer superior benefits including: vacation, illness, 401(k), defined contribution plan, health, dental, day care reimbursement, life, long term disability, fitness center support, and tuition reimbursement for graduate and undergraduate programs.
