Financial Advisor Assistant

Investment Advisory Group, a financial planning investment advisory firm located in Hanover, is seeking an experienced assistant to support one of the firm’s partners.  If you possess a minimum of two years of experience in the financial services or securities industry and have a desire to work in a small office environment, then do not miss this opportunity! 

 

Requirements include:  prior experience as an assistant to an ADVISOR or BROKER; ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload; attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong commitment to client service and building relationships; and an ability to maintain confidentiality.  You will also be responsible for overall office management.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excel is required.  Knowledge of financial services software such as Portfolio Center a plus.
