Primary duties will include working closely with the leaders of the Canadian and APAC business units. In addition this position will serve a critical support role by coordinating the consolidation and reporting function for ECT Global for monthly results, forecasts and plan views. Responsibilities• Work with the Canadian and APAC business owners to develop financial and operational plans and forecasts. Identify and communicate forecasts’ risks and opportunities. • Provide timely and thorough monthly financial forecasts highlighting key issues influencing performance • Build and maintain financial models.• Establish timetables with business partners to ensure forecasts are completed on time. • Support the business owners with the development, evaluation and tracking of new initiatives and business cases.• Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, trend analysis and financial review documents.• Prepare ad-hoc analysis as requested.• Primary lead and subject matter expert on designing and producing ECT consolidated reports• Ensures timelines are communicated and met across all ECT FP&A geographies • Designs and implements procedures for more efficient reporting.• Work with the business partner and colleagues in FP&A to create reports that help the organization manage their day to day operationsQualifications• BA Required• Experience with developing and evaluating new business cases• Good strategic and tactical business skills and a passion for using data to drive better decision making• Strong qualitative and quantitative financial skills• Strong spreadsheet, data-management, and presentation skills • Experience with Oracle, Hyperion Planning and Essbase a plus.• Demonstrated understanding of financials and budgeting processes • Experience with cause and effect type analysis• Extremely organized with the ability to work on and manage multiple projects within tight time lines• Strong attention to detail• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Works well in a team environment• Works well under time constraints and deadlines.
