These diverse business units are located throughout the United States, and include many international operations. CITG is located in Santa Ana, California and Westlake, Texas. Each location houses of over 200 technology and business professionals who provide technology infrastructure, hosting, network services, application development; application support, project management, desktop services, information and physical security, disaster recovery, and other related services. CITG also maintains two complimentary Technology Centers sites located in Santa Ana, California and Westlake, Texas.Immediate need for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and business processes with emphasis on complex financial modeling for Information Technology Division of large public company.QualificationsKey Areas of Expertise:Financial Analysis related to financial and operational metrics, budgeting, variance analysis and cost allocations; special projects.Meet with internal client groups to explain variances and respond to financial research requests.• BA/BS Finance or similar or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role or equivalent experience.• Experience participating in month end closings and preparing journal entries required.• Financial Modeling experience in scenario analysis and expense forecasting.• Forecast and budgeting proficiency utilizing such applications as Excel, Access, and; ability to created databases and queries using Access.• Experience running Oracle reports a plus.• Experience with Visual Basic and/or Powerplay very helpful. • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.• Experience in Information Technology analysis preferred but not required.The First American Corporation is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
