Location: Boca Raton, FL 33486 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Experience: 5+ to 7 Years       Job Description   Job Description: The purpose of this position is to provide financial support, drive operational initiatives, reporting, and modeling expertise for field and corporate end-users.1. Provide financial analysis and modeling expertise for operational results, field and corporate forecasts and annual business plans.2. Financial support for field and corporate forecasts, analyze key performance indicators to identify underlying business issues, and provide input for operational decisions.3. Provide analytical support for several internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Human Business, Finance, Legal, and Business Operations, Contract and Sales Management.  4. Assist department heads in reviewing forecasts and initiatives, in anticipation of quarterly management reviews.5. Develop, train, and mentor and peers for future leadership roles within Tyco.6. Lead special projects central to improving analytical tools, internal business processes, and overall management decision process.7. Participate in developing monthly operations review, benchmarking studies, and various management presentations.8. Perform ad hoc business case analysis, including creation of financial models and analysis of business trends to support the growth of the business.9.
