Responsibilities:


Job Description:

* Provide complete administrative support for Financial Advisor (Investments division) and Vice President, Financial Planning (Trust division).
* Manage Referral Program for bank locations
* Manage the WH team by tracking progress, scheduling meetings and enhancing team communication
* Confirm trades, process checks & wire requests, etc.
* Work directly with clients and Advisors for account opening, maintenance and problem resolution
* Interface with Investor Services Representatives at WH Support in Chicago office and Trust Support in Wilmette
* Multi-task: Able to work collaboratively with bank and trust company associates
* Other duties, as they arise.
* Provide Sales Support
* Provide superior level of service to clients and prospects, including answering client inquiries regarding accounts
* Identify and deepen relationships with clients and potential clients
* Prepare for client meetings and be comfortable calling clients and prospects to schedule meetings
* Possess knowledge on a wide array of financial products and services
* Create Comprehensive Financial Reviews for prospects and clients
* Manage and organize client and prospect database
* Proactively utilize technology to create efficiencies, do research and communicate.
Qualifications:

* Series 7 licensed
* Bachelor's degree preferred

* Computer literate ( Preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ACT, FCC Smartstation)
